Two-Way Radios

1. Why does my two-way radio beep all the time?
   - Generally, this is an indicator of a weak or bad battery.
   
   
2. When I push the button to talk on my two-way, why does it keep beeping at me?
   - Generally, this is an indicator of a weak or bad battery .
   
   
3. When using my two-way radio, why do people have a hard time hearing me or I have a hard time hearing them?
   - This is an indicator of a broken or damaged antenna.
   
   
4. Can I have my radio turned on while it is in the charger?
   -This is not a good idea, (1) you could damage the charger or (2) the charger will not be strong enough to charge the battery and the power the radio.
   
   
5. I dropped my two-way radio in the water, what should I do?
   (1) Turn off the radio immediately.
   (2) Remove the battery.
   (3) Rush the radio to us for repair, ASAP.
   
   
6. When I attempt to charge my two-way radio, why does the red light on the charger blink?
   - A few things are possible: bad battery, bad charger, or battery fully-charged already.
   
   
7. Can you repair FRS(Family Radio Services) radios?
   -No, they are generally uneconomical to repair.
   
   
8. Are you a Factory Authorized Service Center?
   - Yes, we are a Factory Authorized Service Center for Icom, Kenwood, and Vertex Standard.

CB Radios

1. Do you repair CB Radios?
   - No, we do not repair CB radios but we do sell new CB radios and accessories.

Scanners

1. Are you able to program scanners?
   -Yes, we can program P25 digital scanners for the Minneapolis/St.Paul area.

1. Do you accept American Express?
   - No, we do not accept American Express at this time. However, we do accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
