Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are determined electronically through FedEx; any errors in shipping rates and/or transit times are NOT the responsibility of Action Radio and Communications, Inc. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once an order has been processed and that order has been declared as SHIPPED.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will need to provide a physical shipping address.
Action Radio and Communications, Inc. ships within the United States and Canada.
Action Radio and Communications, Inc. reserves the right to substitute any shipping service that satisfies and/or exceeds the customers selected shipping option, with regards to transit time, at NO ADDITIONAL cost to the customer.
Return Policy
All sales of USED items and CLOSEOUT items are FINAL, and cannot be returned. NEW items purchased from Action Radio and Communications, Inc. can ONLY be returned within 30 days of purchase if the item(s) are in original conditon. All return items shipped to Action Radio and Communications, Inc. must have an authorized RMA number. Action Radio and Communications, Inc. will NOT pay for ANY return shipping; any shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. ANY RETURNED ITEM IS SUBJECT TO [UP TO] A TWENTY (20) PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.
ANY ITEMS BEING RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY COVERAGE ARE EXEMPT FROM THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, except return shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment.

If an item you request is back-ordered, we will contact you via the email address we have on file for your account regarding the situation.
